Thomas Hill, former President and CEO of Metropolitan Building Maintenance, has joined Seattle Diving Company as its Business Development Officer. “This is a win-win solution, which is one of Tom’s specialties,” said Daniel Dolson, Seattle Diving CEO. “Tom was looking for another service company to build and we are growing fast and needed an executive with his experience and skills.”
Hill merged Aetna Building Maintenance with Metropolitan Building Maintenance in the ‘90s and built it into one of the nation’s largest building maintenance services, with revenues of $10 million a year, before selling his interest in the company and looking for a new challenge. Seattle Diving Company specializes in marine construction, underwater inspections and surveys, vessel husbandry, facility maintenance, salvage, and environmental remediation. The company is part of the Maritime America Group, which deploys divers in the Northwest, Gulf of Mexico and Alaska.
